Class 2-4: Verbs that End with Two Consonants

Rules:

If the verb ends with consonantconsonant, simply add the -ing or -ed ending. Do not change the spelling of the word; just add the correct ending.

Examples:

1. work – worked– working 

2. reach– reached – reaching

3. wash – washed – washing
