TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER AGREEMENT

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material with English-USA.com (including without limitation text, photographs and graphics) are owned by Learning Trail, LLC or its licensors. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use English-USA.com automatically terminates.
  2. All trademarks of English-USA.com or Learning Trail, LLC indicated on English-USA.com are registered trademarks of Learning trail, LLC or its group companies in the United States and other countries.
  3. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

SERVICE ACCESS

  1. While Learning Trail, LLC attempts to insure that English-USA.com downloads are normally available 24 hours a day, Learning Trail, LLC shall not be liable if for any reason English-USA.com is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  2. Access to English-USA.com may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond Learning Trail, LLC or English-USA.com control.

    4. which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

  2. Learning Trail, LLC, the sole owner of English-USA.com and english-usa.com shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Learning Trail, LLC to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of paragraph 4.2 or paragraph 4.3.

  1. Links to third party websites on English-USA.com are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the English-USA.com Website. Learning Trail, LLC has not reviewed all of these third party websites and does not control and is not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. Learning Trail, LLC therefore does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them.   1. Learning Trail, LLC expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in paragraph 5.2 for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.
  2. You shall fully indemnify Learning Trail, LLC for any loss or damage suffered by Learning Trail, LLC or any of its group companies for breach of paragraph 5.2.

DISCLAIMER

  1. While Learning Trail, LLC attempts to insure that the information with English-USA.com is correct, Learning Trail, LLC does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material with English-USA.com. Learning Trail, LLC may make changes to the material on the English-USA.com Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice.   3. If your use of material on English-USA.com results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION RETURN

  1. Learning Trail, LLC accepts returns for English-USA.com online service subscriptions within exactly 24 hours from date of purchase.
  2. After the 24 hour trial period, Learning Trail, LLC will no longer refund money paid for the product.
  3. You may cancel your subscription and upon cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the current billing cycle.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute arising out of or connected with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Columbia or of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
